Succulent Juices from Nature -- Herbal
Oils...have you ever tried them? Essential oils, I mean. Nature is full of
them. I bet you have them in your house right now.
Don't think so?
Go to your kitchen and get a citrus fruit... any fruit will do, orange,
lemon, grapefruit...
I'll wait while you do that....
Got it? Ok. Now, break the skin slightly with your fingernail.
Squeeze the fruit just a bit and rub that spot with your finger. Put your fingers up to
your nose and inhale... smell that? That is the essential oil of the fruit!
Wanna do some more? This is fun! If you grow your own herbs in
your garden or kitchen windowsill, you can try basil or oregano, or just about anything
you have. Just bruise the leaves with your fingers and then sniff... Mmmmm...
Wasn't it wonderful? Want to know more about them? Want to know what all
the fuss is about?
I'm SO glad you asked!
We here at Healthy Secrets have gathered all kinds of information for
you on these succulent juices that nature provides. You can find out what an essential oil is, and what it can be used for. Medical science is
rediscovering these marvelous wonders. It is actually in the news a lot, you just might
not have noticed. Look at these articles...
