The recommended amount is 1 ounce 2 times a day for the first month, then a maintenance amount of 1 ounce per day under 150 pounds and 2 ounces per day over 150 pounds.

Does SeaSilver need to be shaken before each use?

No. 100% of all the ingredients in SeaSilver are suspended in solution, Matrix Aloe Vera

Does SeaSilver need to be refrigerated after it has been opened?

It is recommended that SeaSilver be refrigerated after opening. Keep SeaSilver out of direct sunlight.

What is the shelf life of SeaSilver?

SeaSilver has a recommended shelf life of 1 year. We suggest consumption within 60 days after opening.
